Subject: Under the Light of a Full Moon...Anything Can Happen...

Moons Light takes place in Mercy City, a small town in northern California. Mercy City has roots dating back to when the first Spanish settlers arrived in California. It was used mainly as a resting place for weary Spanish soldiers, thus earning its name. A priest there, named Father Manuel, was a vampire. He turned many of the soldiers into vampires as well, then they in turn killed him; hating him for what he had turned them into. The newly made vampires wrecked havoc upon the city until the only ones left standing were those that were already dead. The vampires never left the town; they stayed there all alone for nearly a century until settlers from the east started arriving. Along with the settlers arrived the introduction of werewolves to the town, both good and evil. The evil werewolves claimed the Dark Forest as their own, while the good werewolves stayed in the town and lived among humans. More and more settlers arrived in the town until it was a thriving community. The settlers knew nothing of the mystical beings that lived among them; save those that revealed themselves to them. The town has survived for centuries now, and many people still live there. Will you stay here with us? Or will you seek your destiny elsewhere?
