Subject: The ToDo List so far+

This is what I have so far. It is in black and white so that it might be easily read once printed. I posted this so that others might inform me as to the specifics for these and other events. There is a link off of the 25th main link.

To Do List

It does help to keep the events straight in my head. Thanks, Mike.

This is getting crazy!

1) We are set for meeting Frank Robson at 5:30 pm Friday evening on the East side of the new Performing Arts Center. He will be giving us a “Cook's Tour” of the facility and allow us to see the floor plans and elevation view of the building. He will also be at the Elks luncheon and will announce our $500 donation at that time. This will purchase 2 1/2 seats for the Performing Arts Center. This is an amazing source of pride for our class, one that will endure into the future.

2) Ok, we did the pep assembly, the float, the PAC tour, now it’s time to,…eat. I just called and reserved the banquet room at Goldies (NeMar center) from 5:45 to 7:15. It is ours free as long as we order $100 worth of food. If you get there directly and order before 6:00, you should be fed and ready to go to the coronation by 6:45 (as per manager). Others may linger until 7:15.

It is enough to say that Friday will be a day and night full of nearly back-to-back events. My suggestion is to be prepared to spend the whole day into the evening. That may mean you need to bring extra film or batteries, clothes, etc.

Tonight I will finish “The 1980 25th Annual Reunion Schedule of Events” page and then do a mass e-mail to everyone. My hope is that we will have no more additions/enhancements.
