1980 Zebras 25th High School Reunion Committee Meeting

7:00 PM

In Attendance:

Robin Roush Lisa Melton
Kim West Susie Kelsey
Marie Hinds Gina Rice
Michael Rice

Marie replaced Teresa as the Chair for the meeting since Teresa couldn’t attend.

Marie stated that Missy had supplied the $50.00 for the deposit for the American Legion. A few of us who had not been to the American Legion before, toured the meeting room.

Marie stated that the Saturday evening festivities would be starting at 7:00 PM with the band playing from 9:00 PM until 1:00 AM.

Marie went over the contract for the band “Time Machine” and also stated that we needed to pay a deposit of $600 as soon as possible. Robin stated that she had talked to Brenda and that we had $100 in our account, which consisted of $50 from Brenda and $50 from Robin.

The following was collected from the attendees with the understanding that it would apply toward the Saturday evening ticket price:

Marie: $50
Lisa: $50
Gina: $50
Michael: $50
Kim: $50
Susie: $250

This will make the $600 needed for the deposit for the band.

Michael stated that the Website was still not available.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, March 9th at 7:00 PM at the American Legion. This is steak night.

Meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM
