Subject: April 14th Meeting Minutes

1980 Zebras 25th High School Reunion Committee Meeting


April 14, 2005
Brenda Arnold’s House
7:00 PM

In Attendance:

Robin Roush Teresa Lahr
Michael Zacharias Brenda Arnold Gina Rice

Teresa stated that she had sent out the letters with the reunion information either my mail or email. There were several letters returned and there are still a lot of classmates with no address information. She passed around the letters that had been returned to be divided up among the attendees.

Food Committee: Missy was absent but Brenda said she would contact her before the next meeting and if Missy couldn’t attend, Brenda would have the information for us. Gina and Brenda also stated that they would check on some caterers.

Brenda gave a budget report and also volunteered to take Debbie’s place concerning calling committee members to remind them of upcoming meetings if Debbie wanted her to.

Brenda stated that she would get with Ginger to get information about the picnic.

The next meeting will be May 16th at 7:00 pm at Cotton-Eye Joe’s in Claremore.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM
