Band Update: The band has broken up but will honor their contract. Teresa went over the play list with the committee.

Picnic:
Elks Grounds - $100; Electricity will be available.
Sno Cone Machine - $100
Cotton Candy - $75
Ginger stated that she would check a couple of places for prices on activities. Kim said she would check on Jupiter Jumps. Missy will check on insurance since Lori stated a Jupiter Jump could not be on Elks property without insurance. Group decided to look at other activities such as volleyball, softball, tug of war, horse shoes, etc… Everyone will be instructed to bring their own lawn chairs and food. Paula is bringing a popcorn machine.

Float:
Beck up absent. Susie said that you could purchase rolls of fringe. Susie said that she would not mind taking over the float committee and would talk to Becky.

T-shirts:
Michael Rice displayed different zebra designs for the committee to choose from. The t-shirts should be priced from $15-18.

Website:
Michael stated to get on the message board. Classmates that have not been located are listed on the website.

Memorial:
John has not talked to Becky. He thought one table with a white tablecloth, candle, and frames set up similar to the last reunion. He stated if anyone has names of any deceased classmates to let him know.

Awards and Door Prizes:
Lori was absent but will send list of awards to the next meeting. Teresa has made 10 purses to be given away.

Decorations:
Decorations will consist of white tablecloths, zebra runners, balloons and centerpieces. The bingo boards will be covered up with tablecloths. Nametags will be attached to a tablecloth attached to the wall.

Photographer:
Gina stated that PhotosNow would give us the following: free poster of the group, 1 – 8X10 group picture, 1 CD of party pics pictures.
Prices for classmates:
DVD - $20
5 X 7 -$5.00
8 X 10 - $10
Classmates will be able to pick those up pictures up that night.
The photographer will have a balloon arch and backdrops available for the pictures. Gina will contact Shellie to verify she had not already confirmed another photographer before contacting PhotosNow.

Registration:
Tammy and Kerry Smith have confirmed they will assist with registration on Saturday night.

Program:
Michael is going to be doing the program.

Tracking of Classmates:
Teresa put an article in the Claremore Daily Progress but they didn’t print the whole article. Teresa will contact the paper to run the article again.

Budget:
Brenda stated that she has only received one registration since March. There is approximately $300 in the account.

There will be a summer party at Robin’s house on Saturday, August 20th at 7:00 PM.
Burgers and buns will be provided. Please bring a side dish and your own refreshments.
RSVP on the message board or to PM74337@aol.com so there will be enough burgers.
