I am sitting here in Los Angeles with Yammy. No we are not married. We have remained friends through all these years.
I do not remember you meeting your wife but I believe we were there for the courtship. It was Lila, Julia and me. Lila went out with Ted Whittle and then Del. I fell for Roger Williams in a big way. The last time I saw him was in Henley in the Eighties. I have been in Los Angeles since 1971 and Yammy visits frequently. Not been home for a few years. Mum, Dad gone and I lost one of my sisters to lung cancer a few years ago. I keep threatening to go home but I never do.
I did not know Leaky had a job in customs, that was a surprise.
Yammy is shy to write on here but here he is.

well i was just browsing as you do reminiscing with twig about the good old days when we came across this site and saw your stories which brought it all back and then spotted those notes from leaky and army bob (leaky in france now) and i am down in devon but still come up occasionally for the rockers reunion in reading and the ace burn up. see you do a cellar reunion run maybe make it for that one day. safe riding.

Are you writing a book of some sort. I do not know where Jock is but he had some photo's with Mad Mac and a few others and me with my bleached blond hair all arranged around a bike at Chelsea Bridge.

Well Yam is waiting for his dinner, so I had better pretend to be a good host and serve it to him.
I will search out this site again and follow up on your stories.
