Subject: BUSY B COIN ?

Hi all your help please, mate of mine has a coin issued in england in 1953 with the compliments of the busy B on one side and coronation of elizabeth ll the other side ..did the bee do a coin ? what i dont get is with the ace cafe coin it just had the ace on it both sides for the juke-box but this one has the queens head on so if any one knows be good to hear from you ok stay safe ad hope to see some of you guys t jackshill...ride safe,
