Subject: Snow Removel

Is it necesarry to have snow removell after 2 inches of snow. Most of us have suv or front wheel drive. By the time snow is removed it is usually packed down anyway. Not critisising the board, but maybe our contract should be reviewed. It is my understanding that we have it removed after 2" and that has been the case since 1989
