有些已離校的老師表示，有家長說聖芳濟的學習氣氛十分鬆散，沒有太大壓力，而且同學之間沒有太大競爭及上進的心，都是導致今時今日局面的原因。另一方面因為學校太像屋企，我不是否定他的好處，但是試問對現今的學生怎麼可以在這樣環境學習？唔交功課唔會太care，秩序亂就得個講字......
看見其他學校，架構十分完善，施行政策方向明確，但濟記就如好仁兄所言，沒有明確的施政方向給學生及老師。那就像一個沒有壓力，沒有責任的環境下學習，對現今的小朋友是不行的，濟記應該檢討檢討，要不然，徒有EMI School 之名是不足以吸引家長的，因為最主要還是出來的成績及品行。
德 - 濟記學生的品行無疑一年比一年差
智 - 顯然易見，亦是問題所在
體 - 不能不贊一下濟記的努力，但是否可以當飯食？
群 - 群是有的，但是過了火位，而看見低年級同學的分黨分派，又不見得將來會有進步
美 - 濟記向來都有藝術人材，但卻是少數的人...
希望濟記再走回正路，正視教育理念中最重要的德和智...

我是九四年入濟記，零一年中七畢業。
如今得知濟記的情況，真的有點令我心寒。
我的一屆，成績不是最好的一屆，但在不少老師眼中，都視為學習氣氛不俗，團結，以及做事有始有終的一班。
最近一班舊同學約出來小聚，回想當年，百般滋味在心頭。
其實濟記的師資在各位同學的討論中，都談過有不少的問題。而這問題年代久遠，不是一朝一夕間可以改變。而且這個問題不只存在在濟記，全港的教師質素都在下降，是政府所做成的問題。(在此不多談政治/行政問題)
我們那一屆的舊生，也作過一些反叛行為作為反抗。(例如:20多人在上堂時間走到圖書館，杯葛上課)但回想，其實這行動是無謂的，如果只懂反對，但自己又不思進取，根本是解決不了問題。
反對，應該反對，多向校方表達意見，終有一天校方會知道問題的;但反對的同時，同學們應多多振作。因為今天反對的，明天還要面對，在這個不景氣的環境下，集中精神做好自己更為重要。
望各位同學互勉，改善濟記，德智體群美均好好發展，讓濟記在再站起來!~~

I graduated from SFXC F7A in 1983.
I think one of the tradition of SFXC is to let students to explore his potential. Therefore there is no strict rules, we encourage freedom and student should behave themselves during the process. Compared to 80's, the SFXC atmosphere has big improvements. Now SFX has student Union. Mr. Yuen is a good teacher. He was my class teacher during F3 & F4.
I must thank for SFXC. Otherwise I will not have a chance to HKU and to become an accountant in later part of my life. Till now, I still have re-union dinner with my SFXC classmates every year. I treasure my time with SFXC very much.
I cannot visit this forum very often as I stationed in China (cannot view HK website)
