前幾年,同學經常為關伯既事嘈~叫校方炒佢又乜又乜~但係有人假設校方唔炒佢既原因係-->佢都就快退休啦~等多一兩年算啦~~~相信呢個假設同校方留關伯既原因都不謀而合~但....校方有冇諗過~關sir在職多年有冇真真正正感動到學生或者由佢親手教出一個成功既學生呢?睇同學對佢既評價我相信答案不言而喻~雖然我無俾人教過~但係由同學口中得知佢既教學方法真係令人側目~試問呢d誤人子弟既老師學歷再高又有何用?仲有一點~當日散學禮中,關sir大大聲話好多社會既成功人仕都係佢既高足~哈~姑勿論事情既可信性~但一個自吹自擂既老師真係有點兒哪個~
我唔明點解學校反駁親學生都以老師既學歷為根據~要知道一個老師最基本既係學識~呢個係必要既~我唔明點解可以用呢樣野黎証明呢個老師係好既~~要知道斷定一個老師是否「好」最重要既係教學效果而唔係學識~我覺得只有斷定一個學生係唔係「好」先至用學識黎量度lor~
既然一個老師教唔到咩野出黎~咁佢再高學歷都只係佢自己既事~佢唔能夠將佢既學識灌輸俾學生就係佢失職~校學一再容忍一d「無明顯教學效果」既老師係度~係唔係對學生有d唔公平呢?
