 係唔係校園暴力的後遺症呢?居然會有人選打仔...奉勸大家一句, 跟據侵害人身罪條例, 打人故然知係犯罪啦, 一經定罪可判監一年致終身監禁。而根據公安條例第26條,在公眾聚集中倡議使用暴力同樣是刑事罪行, 可處罰款五千及監禁兩年。

所以, 千祈唔好以為係學校打下交好少事, 又或者係旁邊吶喊助威可以置身事外(話搞咩散打王既同學請小心)...其實好大機會會被檢控嫁...

濟記似乎好需要一D法律講座去幫助同學們認清日常生活的危機, 免得成為報紙頭條
