我已經在過去兩年間多番電郵通知所有同學，如同學濫發電郵便會停止其帳戶。在過去的日子裡，亦有同學曾被停用帳戶。

去年，我曾把學生的帳戶設為不可使用群組電郵，但後來因有老師和同學要求，故重開這個服務。在重開之後，我也曾寄件通知所有同學有關濫發電郵的處分。

其實至今已有多位同學因濫發電郵而被永久終止其群組電郵服務，即以後他們需要將寄件者的帳戶逐一選擇或鍵入。如果同學發現有同學再次濫發滋擾性的電郵給任何群組，請電郵致內聯網的admin, lws (梁穎琛老師) 或 wcs (黃志成老師)，在信件內包含證據，而在標題上註明"濫發電郵報告"。一經查證，濫發電郵者，輕則將被永久停用群組電郵服務或永久終止內聯網的帳戶，重則將交由訓導處處罰。
