個人覺得濟記文化就像中國文化
有其優點亦有缺點
但時勢下濟記文化似乎不合時,
要作出改變才能活下去
但怎樣的改變才是正確的道路呢? 大家似乎都沒有明切的想法。
再者,要變也不能一時三刻就變到了，必須要有詳細的方案和長遠的方向，而並不是經常只在九濟堂這裡發表九濟質素下降的發言。
無疑大家愛濟記之心仍在，
我的言論亦沒有攻擊你們的意思，
只是覺得大家不能坐言起行地幫一幫濟記?

再說，我很同情龔Sir，他一人又能做什麼呢?
我不是想說其他老師的壞話，但其他老師不想變的話，龔Sir又能做什麼??不想變仍人之常性，我們能強逼別人嗎？

對不起，我也很慚愧，我想不出怎樣變才令濟記變好。
難道要效法法家，才可以看到明天希望之光?
