　　問題：　如果一個學生努力看書學習，　特別鐘愛閱讀和分析查大俠小說與紅樓夢，三國演議等小說．而且飽覽不少中國歷史和文學書籍，　增進個人知識．　但由於不喜歡中學的科目，　也看不起會考的課程，印證求學不是求分數,　因此會考只有幾分．　但他中文和文化水平夠ga，　還試過在公開文化常識比賽獲勝．　咁請問中大港大中文系應否"保證"收錄這些人?
可見求學不是求分數是犯了很大的邏輯毛病, 而且現今社會文化和教育制度實況根本不是這樣. 但卻梗要用來賣廣告, 導致家長和老師受困擾.

如果除了入港大、中大中文系之外，並沒有其他出路的話，你假設的故事絕對全部正確。
但如果周潤發、成龍也可獲博士的話，則此故事又絕非全部正確。
大家的討論焦點，只是又還原「學位較知識重要？」「知識較品德重要？」的命題而已。
第一、這是沒有絕對的對與錯結論的命題。
第二、要不就是以成敗論英雄；要不就說是以偏概全。

我亦想問：如果我告訴學生：「縱使入不到中大和港大，不等如沒有出路。」這話有沒有犯邏輯謬誤？
