到我有資格答這一條問題時，我纔答你，否則只是不切實際的答覆。

2.「但成績好的工作能力會真的比成績差的好嗎?」
你這題不是問題，而是反問句。你自己已選擇了「不是真的」作為答案。那麼何須問我？況且，這正是我上文的主旨。

實際一點來說，如果我成績不好，沒有學校請我做老師，只願意請我做Teacher Assistan，如果在工作期間，我的表現出色，而學校第二年又有空缺的話，他一定寧願請我而不請一位新應徵的。
但如果我在工作期間，因為有屈就的感覺，做事毫不起勁，得過且過，我相信學校一年之後也不會跟我續約。

如果大家做事態度，是有利益在前，便努力表現自己；沒有前景，便敷衍了事，那麼，無論你的成績怎樣好，最終也是不會成功的。

以上只是我的分享，我的信念而已，謹供大家參考。
