Subject: Ed and Chris show on 12 May

It was great to see Ed and Chris together the other night, playing like the old reaquainted friends they obviously are.

The publicity in lead up made me think they would be covering their better know stuff, but besides Messin with the Kid, there was no other Ed related Saints songs. No Clown songs, and sadly for me no Electrical storm

There were a couple of covers like Hollis Brown and Steam Train, and Ed did things like Way I Made you Feel, car headlights and Messin Pt 2, and Chris did Fire Wood, Face In mirror & Make Me feel this way.

Chris seemed to be quite adept on the Bass, and his vocal range is still powerful.

Their attempts to harmonise together were fun, although in 'Where are the Clowns?'the effort was too much, and they needed to stop and continue on.

Looks like their could be a few enjoyable shows coming up.

Co-incidentally they finished with Messin with the Kid, which will actually be outro on Rockwiz this Saturday night when Adilita & Gareth (from drones) have their great version repeated.
