Subject: positive energy

I could really use some positive energy sent my way. I'm feeling a little lost and confused. My boyfriend of 5 years unexpectedly broke up with me just before Thanksgiving. I am 16 years older than he is, and he's decided our lives are going in different directions now. He's already started seeing someone younger, and I'm afraid the blow to my self esteem has been rather significant. I just think I need a little help finding myself again.
