I must make mention what a terrific job everyone is doing, getting their teams in on time, and doing their scores. This would have to be the most positive start to the season we have had. One team missing a coach, so put the feelers out perhaps on your other boards you frequent. I must make mention the effort that Maxwell has put in this year, he is carving it up as the MVC (Most Valuable Coach) on this board for 2006.

Just looking back on the previous two winners the past two years, Coleberg 2004 and RB 2005. It is great to see that year after year, you guys step up to make this comp what it is.

I read something funny in the paper yesterday I think it was, where it said that Dale Thomas was the most selected side in the dream team competitions. something like 30,000 people have jumped on the bandwagon. It got me thinking of how good this comp is, you feel a level of pride in your OWN boys, and when they do well, you know that they are exclusively yours, unlike the less superior comps, that you have to say, yeah he did well, but 30,000 other have him. Takes it away from it a bit I reckon.

Yeah thats the great thing with these games, having ownership of players.

Have you guys ever thought of transferring the forum onto a more normal formatted site such as an invisionfree forum?

Would allow us to have different boards such as team boards (good for trading, posting interests etc), results board, etc. which would result in a cleaner looking site and less confusing discussion. I know as a new member to this site you tend to look at it and the first thing you think of is how confusing is this & what is this site about, so might make it harder to to attract new coaches.

Just a thought to potentially make this site even better.

These Voy Forum boards are a bit antiquated so it would be worth a look at invisionfree especially if past posts are easier to track.

Probably difficult to change mid season but it cant hurt to look with the option open at the end of the season depending upon the others thoughts.

The Groins played against Bartel last year when he scored somthing like 240, the year before Jono Brown got in the 240's also against us. This year Judd has stepped up and delivered a knock out blow of 232.
Streuth it must be a day out to play the Groins...
