INFORMATION AND GENERAL RULES:
1. 30-day grace period. We will also allow contestants to bump up into an older group.
2. Directors have the right to split groups if needed.
3. CASH ONLY DAY OF PAGEANT!!
4. Un-sportsmanship like conduct will not be tolerated, and will be asked to leave without refund.
5. Judges will break all ties with an on stage line up. Judges decisions are final.
6. Door admission is $5.00/adult and $3.00 13 and under. Everyone pays except contestants and children under 5.
7. Sibling Discount offered. 1st child is full price and 2nd and up gets $15 off their entry fee.
8. Deadline for deposit for all ticket sales is January 2nd, so that crowns may be ordered.
9. Score sheets will be posted after crowning.
10. Highest beauty scores will determine supremes; Photogenic does not count toward Supreme.
11. $10.00 late fee will be charged at the door. (No exceptions)
12. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.
13. Director has right to close or combine groups with less than 2 contestants.
14. No video cameras allowed. SOUTHLAND PORTRAITS will be available for Pictures and Videos.
15. Stage will be set up in a “T” formation with 3 X’s in the back and 1 X in the front.
16. Contact Directors if you have any questions, please do not go by second hand information.
17. Bring photogenic pictures day of the pageant. Pictures may be black & white or color, no frames please and no pictures larger than 8 x 10.
18. No contestant will go home empty handed; every contestant will receive an award.
