Here is the tenative schedule for the events of the day for Nov. 22:
-Please arrive at least 15 min prior to the first event time for your age group. Remember Enter everything by Nov. 1 and receive $10 off or enter one event and receive $5 off by Nov. 1. Must be prepaid or postmarked. We are looking forward to a great day. Come out and have fun!
12-1:00-Registration (0-6 yrs) (7-12 yrs)
1:15 p.m.-Opening and Parade of Contestants with On-stage introduction: 0-18 mths; 19-36 mths; 3-4 yrs; 5-6 yrs;
-Introduction of Visiting Royalty-Welcome.
Formal Wear-0-18 mths; 19-36 mths; 3-4yrs; 5-6yrs;
1:45-Talent- 7-9 yrs; 10-12 yrs;
-Introduction of Judges
2:30-Crowning-0-18 mths; 19-36 mths; 3-4 yrs; 5-6 yrs.
2:50 to 3:20 pm.-Registration-13-15; 16-19; 20-28 yrs; 29 and up.
3:35-Talent-13-15 yrs; 16-19 yrs; 20-28 yrs; 29 and up.
4:15-Opening, Parade of Contestants and On-Stage Introduction; 7-12;
-Formal Wear-7-9; 10-12; 13-15; 16-19; 20-28 yrs; 29 and up;
-Special Music,
-Announcements;
-Visiting Royalty;
-Crowning-7-9; 10-12; 13-15 and 16-19 yrs.
5:00-On-Stage Questions-20-28 yrs; 29 and up.
-Special Music/Break
5:30 p.m. Crowning-20-28 yrs; 29 and up.
Everyone will receive a trophy and gift and all top ten winners will receive fees off the Missouri/Illinois/Arkansas American Royal Miss State Competition in May in St. Louis.

Age Divisions: Girls: 0-18 mths; 19-36 mths; 3-4yrs; 5-6yrs; 7-9yrs; 10-12yrs; 13-15yrs; 16-19yrs; 20-28yrs; 29 and up;
This is a natural pageant, little or no makeup on children, no flippers or fake hair on any age group. Makeup allowed on older girls. Photogenic pictures must be natural also.
Catergories: Overall for 6 and under: Contestants compete in pageant dress or Sunday best; on-stage introduction and personality. Personality will be judged on-stage during pageant dress or Sunday Best competition and personality on-stage and off. We are looking for the overall package.
Beauty for All Ages: Contestants will compete in all of the above except personality. Contestants can enter both Overall and Beauty for a chance to win either title.
Overall for 7-19: Contestants compete in formal wear or Sunday Best; on-stage introduction; interview and talent.
Overall for 20-29 and up: Contestants compete in formal wear, on-stage introduction; talent and on-stage question. Questions will be those related to things going on in the world and common goals in life.
Talent can be singing, baton twirling, dancing, dramatic or comedic monologue, poetry reading, gymnastics, instrument playing, check with director for other options. Must not exceed 3:00 min.
Prizes: An Overall winner will be crowned in each age group and will receive a crown, banner, trophy, gift, $50 savings bond and a portion of their fees off at the Missouri/Illinois American Royal Miss State Finals. All Alternates will receive a trophy and gift. Top Ten winners will receive a portion of their fees off at Missouri/Illinois American Royal Miss State Finals.
*Contestants must advance to the state finals to receive savings bond.
A Beauty Winner will be crowned in each age group and will receive a crown, banner, trophy, gift and a portion of their fees off at the Missouri/Illinois American Royal Miss State Finals. All Alternates will receive a trophy and gift. Top Ten winners will receive a portion of their fees off at the Missouri/Illinois American Royal Miss State Finals.
Photogenic Winners will be crowned in each age group with a crown, plaque and gift.
Side award winners will receive a framed certificate.
A change box will also be available for unwanted pennies and change for donation to the New Haven Food Pantry.

I have read and understand all information provided. I release American Royal Miss, staff and the event location from any and all liabilities. If for some reason you are unable to attend, your fees may be used against a future pageant (all prepaid deposits are nonrefundable). Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. Judges decisions are final. I give permission for any and all pictures of my child to be used in future promotional advertising.
