I love the episode where Cotton and his buddies are kicked out of the VFW headquarters and piss off those Vietnam War Veterans. The one-hour sixth season finale, "Returning Japanese," was also prima.

The only other one that comes to mind right now is the one where Cotton and Dee Dee separate because Dee Dee tells Cotton to put on his socks when she does not have time to knit him a quilt. Cotton gets into serious trouble and Hank has to get him back together with Dee Dee. Uber-good.
