Subject: dale's bug truck/van and the parking garage

I cant for the life of me remember what the episode was about, but at some point in it
Dale was driving his truck/van with the bug on top of it and he couldnt fit it in the Parking Garage

there's an exchange of words between Hank and Dale, and i remember it being hilarious...to me at least.
