Most of the voice recording is done in a Fox-owned studio in Los Angeles. However, Mike Judge, who lives in Austin, Texas, does most of his voice recording in his own studio in Austin.

It depends, according to what I've read (I don't have any inside info on this). Some guests will do the table reading and the subsequent voice recording session. Others might record their lines at a later date. I once saw a clip (on Entertainment Tonight or something like that) of Brad Pitt's recording session for the "Patch Boomhauer" episode, and there didn't seem to be anyone else recording with him.
