That's "To Kill a Ladybird." The main story involved Bandit, a Raccoon Bobby liked and Hank hated, because it could have given Ladybird rabies. I liked his sub-plot in it too, especially when Bobby and Hank find the bugs impaled on sticks before they got to his camp.
