Subject: show idea

I am Texas born and bred and love King of the Hill and the way it portrays Texas. Iv'e had this idea for a show that won't go away. I worked my way through college by selling fireworks by the side of the road. Texas state law will allow sales only during the coldest time of the year (Christmas) and the hottest (4th of July). It seems Hank Hill is the type of guy that would like to have Bobby start his college savings this way, although any family dilemma could happen where money is needed. The fact that you have to know your fireworks, live by the roadside for 24 hours a day, know that the fire chief and other officials often visit, and the fact that many strange people visit (some friends) makes me think this would lend another view of modern Texas to the show. Believe me I have my tales to tell.
