Subject: Is this really worth saving a few bucks?

First off, there is absolutly no excuse to make sacrifices when it comes to the safety of the public and those who serve them, this should be something that is already budgeted for no matter what the financial scenario is. What is wrong with the big picture here? I would think that there may be plenty of other options to look into to save a few bucks before putting lives at risk, this is really sending a bad message especially to our citizens, these are the people that are paying the salaries of our leaders who are making these ridiculous decisions about serious sitiuations. Citizens of Wilkes-Barre, let your concern be known, please keep speaking out on this, this is your lives and homes that are being put at risk, we have been bullied and played a fool for eight years, lets not let it happen for the four years ahead of us.
