Subject: lawsuit?

how can elected officals and those placed in charged for eight years have no retraints on what they can and cannot spend on projects and equipment? how can they have no system of checks and balances placed on them? how can they squander millions of taxpayer dollars and not be held accountable? the taxpayers of wilkes-barre should file a class action lawsuit against those deemed responsible for the misuse of taxpayer monies.
