Subject: Christmas help

I am writing to ask for help this Christmas.We are located in Lowell mass My company at which I worked at for 15 years closed down due to lack of government funding. We are the proud parents of a 7 year old little girl. While I was working we had my in-laws pick my daughter up from school, and baby-sit, because if we had to pay for daycare my whole pay would have been just for baby-sitting cost so needless to say we could not afford that. My in-laws health has failed and they are no longer able to do this, which left me with only being able to work mothers hours. I have been unable to find such a job around here, so I have been baby-sitting to help bring money into the house. My husband has been working as much overtime as he can to make ends meet. So far we are behind on our mortgage, our refrigerator looks like a waste land most of the time, we just were able to pay most of our electricity bill before they shut it off, and now we hear that the cost of oil is going up (we have oil heat). I cant even begin to think about what we are going to do about Christmas. just this week my daughter needed $5:00 for a field trip she was going on with the school, We didn't even know where that was going to come from, so what we did was short change our food allowance so she could go. God has blessed us with just being able to make it week to week. Thank you for taking the time to read this as long as it is. If there is someone who needs this help more than we than please bless them with your help, as for us at least we still have a roof over our heads, shoes to wear, and some food for the table.
