My daughter just got ripped off too!!! Same lady. All of this stuff was probably given to her and then she sells it on Ebay. Did you get your money back? I hope my duaghter will get her $312.50 returned... she is a poor college student and just needs to get a computer to study for her online classes. She worked this summer to buy this laptop. What a shame. Thanks for posting. We called Charlotte last night and she hung up on us twice.
