Subject: What if God was one of us?

I read today on my lunch break that Brian "Head" Welch, the guitarist for the influentual nu-metal band Korn, has left the band. The reason? He has found Jesus and the Lord. Well, that surprised the hell out of me. Then, I got thinking. What if, for some reason, I would leave Heavinsight? What would happen? What would people say? We all have had reasons of fustration, whether it be band reasons or other reasons that transend into band reasons. The thought has crossed my mind before. Then, I thought back to last week. Last Friday, I was sick as a dog. It was coming out all ends, so I couldn't practice. I started to feel a little better on Saturday. By Sunday, when I did feel better, I was missing Friday practice. I missed the guys and all the funny shit that goes on on Friday. Then, I thought about the cool shows coming up. I would never turn my back on the band. They are my bros, and I love them for that. So, don't worry folks. Jason is here to stay. I had no intention of leaving the coolest band on the planet. Sorry Jesus. Sorry God. The friendships and the music are the stronger bond here. Later....

Jason
