Yeah, I saw it. It was a spectacular crash, slighted only by the fact there was no fire involved. It was a red Rascal mini-van covered in band stickers. The driver appeared to be a male in his early twenties with short cropped hair. He couldn't see where he was going because his lights weren't working.

I saw it, the reason he couldn't see was because of all the glare bouncing off his head.
