If I were you I wouldn't spend too much time arguing with ol' Tom over there. Obviously he is way more qualified than you or I to write for the paper. I wonder why he doesn't? I think we should ask him to show us if he is as good as he says he is. Tom, we are always looking for more editorials, letters to the editor, whatever, as long as they are dealing with local issues. Why don't you just run out there and get us some news. Put your money where your mouth is and write an article. Then we'll see about your qualifications. Heck, I can claim to be a better astronaut than the boys at NASA, but when it comes to flying that darn shuttle.... At least he says he likes reading the paper. Tom's not really a bad guy, he's just being a little egotistical and mean spirited. You know Tom, you don't have to be ugly...and we are glad that you are continuing to read the paper.
