 Duncanville's administration perpetuates, and approves, inconsistent punishment, targeting, favoritism, illegal behavior, grade shaving, harassment, discrimination, lying, cheating, bullying, discrepancies in grading and grades, bias, etc., by it's employees. The other employees who put up with this behavior at any level are the same. The rest of the good ones always quit. I think the ones who don't quit are sociopaths at this point. Just my simple opinion. Don't want to leave a name.
