Subject: Progressive retinal atrophy

We have two miniature schnauzers three years of age. Today they were both diagnosed with progressive retinal atrophy, an eventually blinding disease. I'm interested in hearing from other schnauzer owners whose dogs have had this, how it progresses, and how the dogs handled the eventual loss of sight.
