2006年JVC東京錄影作品節已接受投稿，歡迎每一位愛好拍攝或有興趣人仕參與，可與大家分享屬於個人獨特風格的作品。

平淡的日常生活中實際上充滿了無數的感動，透過取景器，傾注上您的「情感」，把這些感動化作世界上惟一的一部錄影作品，把您自己的錄影作品展現給世界吧，東京錄影作品節是一齣錄影的盛典，以向全世界徵集眾多作品為基礎，擴大多種多樣的交流範圍。我們衷心期待著您的錄影作品！

自己身邊的主題
把鏡頭對準自己、自己的親人、戀人、朋友等身邊的人們，您一定會有新的發現。

寫實、戲劇、動漫畫、藝術等等，表現手法無限。用您的感性和自由的構思來傳遞吧。

錄影節已是第28屆舉辦，而歷屆JVC 東京錄影作品節參與人仕都非常踴躍，參選的作品亦遠超幾千件，是業界公認同類型比賽的表表者。JVC 東京錄影作品節獎品豐富，獎金吸引，除可贏取JVC 3CCD數碼硬碟攝錄機及各項獎狀外，各項大獎獎金共達370萬日元。

JVC 東京錄影作品節作品需符合以下參選規則：投稿日期由即日起至2005年9月30日；只能使用Mini DV，D-VHS，S-VHS，VHS錄影帶及DVD影碟投稿；並請保持影片長度約20分鐘內。
