聽了不少對黃精甫及他新作《阿嫂》的批評。

黃精甫不過是新導演,大家對這位新導演的要求可能過高了。

拍電影最難的未必是有個人風格,當說「拍戲」,對新導演來說,把戲拍好是最難的。

今天香港稱得上大導演的,資歷很深,在圈中打滾多年,不是從副導演做起,便是在電視台出身,拍了不知幾多小時電視劇,也有做了多年編劇,或者是演員出身,演而優則導。

觀眾對黃精甫特別注意,比同時拿過新導演獎,早兩周有新片《虫不知》上映的羅志良有更多人談論,反映出市場需要有強烈風格的新導演,但又期望他拍的戲可以雅俗共賞。

黃精甫拍MV出身強項剪接

黃精甫的電影在說故事方面比較弱,控制演員的戲也未得心應手,這是很易看出來的。

他的強項是剪接,其次才是運鏡,這與他拍MV出身有關。

MV的鏡頭運用技巧與劇情片不一樣,加上近年拍MV的資源並不充足,剪接成為MV最重要的技巧表達,在黃精甫的電影中很易看得出MV的處理手法。

拍MV很少顧及劇情,也沒此必要,只須表達感覺。在小品式而又非主流市場的作品《福伯》,黃精甫的表現比《江湖》和《阿嫂》較佳。

我們都希望香港多出一個王家衛,但王家衛在執導演筒前,不知寫過多少個通俗的劇本。

不少觀眾,至今仍看不明王家衛的戲。對黃精甫,我們是否要求太高,也太急。

觀眾與電影圈似乎都一樣。
