Are you looking for the right employer so you can make the BIG BUCKS instead of some employer making all the money and leaves you with 'Chicken-Feed'!! ????

You find the next assignment and we will do the contract and billing.

You keep all the cash minus a 10% fee.

This leaves you with more time to concentrate on your work without worrying who is getting the bigger share of the billing rate!

You negotiate the rate with the employer and we will follow instructions.

Example: You are currently on the bench and have been there for the last 2 or 3 months with no salary, no insurance and no benefits. All you hear is promises by the employer that their marketing team is working on getting you placed - One month goes by, second month goes by, third month goes by and still no assignments, no salary and no insurance - What do you do? You know through your friends and the Internet ads that there are enough jobs out there, unfortunately, your employer wants to make 60 or 70% of your bill rate. That is where we come in.

This is what we can do: You find the right job with the right hourly rate. You call and let us know and we contact the employer and get the contract in place at the pre-negotiated rate you tell us. All expenses will be met by the consultant. Expense such as taxes(local, Federal and State) and Insurance if you elect to take the insurance.
The transfer cost of H1 to CBESC will also be met by the consultant.

All this is done for a small 10% of the gross billing rate.
