Welcome to the Special Servicing VOE Update Message Forum! This forum will provide you with updates of the ongoing VOE action plans, and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions about specific action plans and progress. Several things to keep in mind:

1. There is no such thing as a stupid question, feel free to ask anything on your mind regarding the VOE questions.

2. Please remain professional with you questions and replies.

3. You may ask question and post answers or your thoughts on a question, however please be respectful of your co-workers.

I hope this will help everyone keep up to date with the progress we are making!
