Subject: mistake on hair colour

help! i dyed my hair black a while ago even though im a natural blonde.now i wanna be blonde again. i pre lightened my hair twice and now im bright orange then i was told to apply an ash blonde on and im still very much ginger and my roots r white. what shaii i do?
