Subject: I NEED TO CHANGE MY HAIR

Hello, I have a question. I have had the same boring hair for the past 5 years. I've been dying for a new look, but I have never been brave enough to do it. My hair is dark brown and it is a little bit past my shoulders. I want to take a risk and dye it black with green streaks in it. I also want to cut it a lil bit above my shoulders. Should I take this risk or should I do something else?
