Help!!!!! Hair Dye results were partly Orange

Help Please!!
Its 2am...my niece (13) just called me....she dyed her hair..trying to go blonde, from dirty blond/brown. Guess where this is going..... She ended up with areas of orange!! Please please, does anyone have any home remedy suggestions.
