Subject: Truro School Rugby

The Truro School 1st XV showed their class against a spirited Yeovil College, scoring nine tries without reply. The foundations were laid by a strong pack scoring the first two tries with powerful drives. Truro showed they could also move the ball wide to the wings for the third try and turned around at half time 15 - 0 up.

In the second half Truro produced more flowing rugby, as well as the occasional forward drive, and ran out convincing winners.

The quarter final match will be against Southend, possibly on Monday 12th February. This news item will be updated when the actual date and time are known.
