 La reina puertorriqueña Alba Reyes recibió ayer, lunes, una carta de felicitación por sus logros en el certamen Miss Universe 2004 enviada por la gobernadora Sila María Calderón.

La misiva, además, sirvió para cursarle una invitación a la joven cidreña para que la visite en Fortaleza la semana próxima, con la finalidad de compartir sus experiencias durante el certamen internacional.

"Cuánto me alegra el éxito que alcanzaste en el certamen Señorita Universo como digna representante de Puerto Rico. Tu inteligencia, seguridad y sencillez te convierten en un ejemplo para toda la juventud puertorriqueña y te ganan el genuino afecto y la admiración de nuestro pueblo", le expresó la Gobernadora a la Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2004, quien obtuvo las distinciones de segunda finalista y Miss Fotogénica en la prueba de belleza realizada el pasado 1 de junio en Quito, Ecuador.
