You're totally misinterpreting what I'm trying to say here. I'm not knocking Sheryn at all. Like I said, she was the best singer of the three finalist. The point I was trying to get across is that some people are immediately saying that Erik didn't deserve to win it period. I mean, I'm a big Sheryn fan and was rooting for her all the way but it upsets me when people come here to bash the other contestants as if they're trash or something. I agree that it wasn't fair that the whole competition was based on a single song but rules are rules. They each entered the night with the same chance of winning it all and in the end Erik just happen to pull it off. It was disheartening to see Sheryn crying in the end because we all know she deserved to win just as much. But truth be told, she'll probably be a bigger star than Erik if they both come out with an album which is almost certain...I just thought it sucks that Erik so quickly being dismissed as an "unworthy champion" when each of them deserved to win just as much as the next one. All I'm trying to do is bring some objective opion here cause believe it or not, it isn't the end of the world.
