I got an ebay phishing scam asking me to signin and enter personal
information at

http://62.117.78.34:5250/Sign%20In.html
which then goes to
http://62.117.78.34:5250/Protect.html

but the interesting part is
http://62.117.78.34
opens an HTACCESS login window for
mtpp.org

contains the html docs and some CGI stuff.

Can anyone analyze the cgi stuff?
