I made payment for my order 12 hours ago, but i don't receive any link to
download and don't find any information in my Order Status page.
Sorry, but some times we need 24 hours to confirm your payments from our
billing company, but usually we need 2-3 hours.

Is your software full version?
We guarantee that all our programs are the 100% full working versions .

If I purchase any software from your site will I be able to get any
upgrades?
No, sorry.
No tech support is given by the manufacturer.
No updates.

How long will shipping take?
We ship by international airmail free of charge. The time of delivery
depends on your location. Usually it takes 5-6 weeks.

What do I get when I order something from you?
You get the CD(s) with the software in jewel case and labels or ZIP archieve
if download from FTP. You also get the activation key, serial number or cd
key necessary to activate the software so it work. Note, that you will not
be able to register the software with the manufacturer and get their
support, but we will do our best to support you any way possible. This
includes providing different updates and service packs. However some updates
will still be available from manufacturers, in fact most of them.
