Subject: I need a Hacker please help

I have been trying to contact a web design company to build me a website and they have never got back with me. They own a website that was trying to buy.

The website has been abandoned for 5 months. The admin has not logged in at all. I have sent messages to the admin and the programmer without one reply.

I have spoken to the server company they will try to send a message to the owners.

I would like to hack the site.
Can anyone help me?
I don't want to destroy or change anything!
I would like to copy the code (admin and graphics)
