Subject: ping hacking

i have heard that u can hack your pinng down in online games

i stared playing this game,connect to a server. i notice someone with a ping of 0. First i thought he must be runnig the server or lives near where the server is located. then i noticed it wasn't only him that has 0 ping. there were a couple of other players with o ping. i asked "how do ya get o ping". One of them responded "hacking".
I thougt he was joking at first until later that day i saw him on other server. I was on the server first. He came in.
i notice his ping was aroung 133. and it was like that for a while. the all of a sudden i saw his ping drop to 0. i asked where the server was located and found out it was florida. i went back to the other server that i was in earlier. i asked where this server was located and found out it was in new jersey. i wonder how the guy had 0 ping in both servers.


can someone here explain to me what exactly he is doing to get 0 ping
or explain to how can he have 0 ping in a server from new jersey and florida.
