having a personal site allows me to access "tools" anywhere in the world there is web access....

From the home page "phaster" ya can select from the bottom menu "hacking tools" once on the tools page:

ya can find the FAQ page which is the one I think you read...

a formal computer science class is a good start in learning because its structured and bound to hit the major points, but over the years people pick up misc tricks like I did and kind of posted on my site.
