from what I've seen the only "legal" way to check this info out is to get some kind of court order.... then ya can do a *57

in practice tech codes you request change over time because of the potential abuse of such knowledge, kind of like how before ya use to be able to dial 800myansi or something like that to figure out the phone number of the binding post ya had access to.... or using various codes
